Enquiry details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to complete your request or to maintain records of agreed orders. Specific storage providers and retention periods will be confirmed once a backend is connected.
Reference images
If you attach an image to a custom order request, it is used only to understand your idea. Please do not upload sensitive personal images; jewellery reference photos are usually enough.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated and the change will be noted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, update, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting the address below. We will respond as promptly as we can.
