Each piece is crafted after we confirm the design, material and details with you. You begin with a base design from the collection, select the available options, and send an enquiry. Nothing is made until we have agreed on every detail together.
Yes. Every base design has configurable options — material, size, finish, chain length and more, depending on the piece. If you want something beyond the listed options, the custom order form is there for exactly that.
The starting collection uses sterling silver and brass. Silver offers a cool, bright tone; brass is warm and evolves a soft patina over time. Exact alloys and finishes are confirmed during the order conversation.
If you do not know your size, the easiest approach is to visit a local jeweller for a quick measurement. You can also send a ring that already fits, and I can match it. Sizes are confirmed before making begins.
Lead times vary with the design and current queue. A typical made-to-order piece takes a few weeks from confirmed details to shipping. I will give you a clear estimate when we discuss your order.
Shipping destinations and costs are confirmed during the order conversation. Each piece is packed carefully and sent with tracking where available.
Because every piece is made to your chosen specifications, made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch and I will make it right.
Silver can tarnish over time and responds well to a soft polishing cloth. Brass develops a natural patina; you can keep it bright with gentle soap and water or let it darken for a lived-in look. Full care guidance is on the Care page.
